I can’t make it on 16th and have a ticket from 2nd – are refunds available?
Yes, of course. Either take your ticket to South Wonston shop and they will give you a cash refund or contact us via Facebook Messenger; send a photo of your ticket ripped in half (with the ticket number visible) and your bank details and we will refund your ticket price online.
As the original event was cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will treat your ticket price as a charitable donation if you do not request a refund.
Is food going to be available?
Absolutely! There will be a wonderful hog roast and BBQ burgers & hot dogs … and we’re still working on the rest!
Parking is mainly on-street in the village so if you can share a ride or walk, please do. Some parking is available at the Village Hall and at South Wonston Primary School – on a first-come-first-served basis. The school will open at 5:30 and parking will be at the owner’s risk. Neither the school nor scouts can accept any liability for vehicles left on site.
Disabled parking is available at the grounds – please book this in advance by Facebook Messenger.
